In Taipei, there are four restaurants and cafés that not only serve delicious meals but have also brought playgrounds indoors, featuring slides, carousels, and even racetracks. 1. Arola Coffee Taipei Branch
The most talked-about café recently is Arola Coffee Taipei Branch. To give guests an outdoor vibe, the café not only designed artificial turf but also built a full-floor indoor slide within its four-story space. Paired with a wall-to-wall bookshelf, visitors can enjoy reading as if sitting on the grass or relive childhood memories on the slide.

Additionally, every seat at Arola has access to a power outlet, and you can sit as long as you like with just a coffee drink—no time limits on dining. However, note that the slide is designed for adults, with a slightly steep slope, so it’s off-limits for children under 12.

2.Money Jump
Currently in soft opening, Money Jump is arguably the most dreamy and playful family restaurant around. The venue brings a theme park indoors, featuring a large carousel and even a child-sized stainless steel slide. The wooden-themed dining area adds an elegant, adult-friendly ambiance, while floor-to-ceiling windows let sunlight pour in, brightening the space. Both kids and adults can enjoy it to the fullest.

3.Crazt Cart Café by T.D.S.
You can dine and race at the same time at Crazy Cart Café by T.D.S.! The racing-themed restaurant features indoor and outdoor tracks with go-karts in various sizes for both kids and adults. Enjoy great food while experiencing the thrill of drifting. The café also offers board games for added entertainment.

4. Mr. Tree’s Home
“Mr. Tree’s Home” is a standalone outdoor family restaurant that’s already hugely popular online. Under the restaurant’s most eye-catching tree, a wooden cabin and slide are built, letting kids explore freely in nature.

Another standout feature is the 7-ping ball pit and toy area. To maintain cleanliness, the balls are replaced every three months, ensuring safe play for children. Coupled with a variety of tasty meals, it’s a hit among family travelers.
