Last autumn, Yunxuan Western Restaurant’s all-you-can-eat hairy crab event received high praise. This year, from September 26 to November 30, the unlimited hairy crab experience returns daily during lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner. Each live crab is steamed to order and served individually, starting from NT$1,480+10%.

Autumn is the perfect time to enjoy hairy crabs. To preserve their authentic flavor, Chef Wang Fuli of Yunxuan Western Restaurant steams live crabs tied with perilla leaves. This simple steaming method fully retains the rich crab roe and tender meat. It is also paired with a soup of pork ribs braised with carrots and radishes—a nourishing, warming dish ideal for the seasonal transition and soothing coughs.
