Graduated from the Medical Department of Bethune Medical University in 1985 and completed a postgraduate program in International Trade at the University of International Business and Economics in 1999. Currently serves as the Director of the Medical Devices Department at the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Medicines and Health Products, an evaluation expert for foreign aid projects under the Ministry of Commerce, a Senior Economist, and an instructor for the “Core MBA Course for Senior Executives in China’s Medical Equipment Industry” at Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Currently engaged in industry work such as international trade consulting for pharmaceutical and medical products, medical economic operation forecasting, and project management. Also serves as the Honorary Chairman of the Medical Dressings Branch of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Medicines and Health Products and the Secretary-General of the Massage and Healthcare Appliances Branch of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Medicines and Health Products.
