The three-day "Hong Kong・Flavors" Gourmet Art Exhibition presents the essence of Hong Kong’s culinary culture from multiple perspectives, blending the city’s East-meets-West food traditions with art to offer visitors a taste of Hong Kong’s both traditional and modern gourmet style. The exhibition is divided into three sections: "Objects of Hong Kong—A Feast of Memories," featuring ceramic artist Chu Fangyi’s creations inspired by iconic Hong Kong dishes that challenge conventional perceptions of food; the "Culinary Grand Awards Projection Zone," where visitors can interact with technology to sample award-winning dishes; and the "Congee, Noodles, Pasta & Rice Video Zone," which uses exquisite food documentaries to uncover the stories behind Hong Kong’s local specialties.
In addition to admiring gourmet artworks and learning about Hong Kong’s food culture, visitors can also take part in on-site interactive activities jointly organized by the Beijing Office and the HKTB. By following the Hong Kong Tourism Board on Weibo and WeChat and showing their mobile screens in designated areas of the exhibition, attendees can receive a scratch card and are guaranteed to win attractive prizes—including Cathay Dragon round-trip flights between Beijing and Hong Kong, hotel stays via eLong, food vouchers from Yoshinoya, DQ, and Tai Hing, along with various other gifts given out daily.
