At the end of January 2014, the ISPO MUNICH 2014 exhibition held in Munich, Germany, came to a successful close, and the winners of the 2014 ISPO AWARD were also announced. The ISPO AWARD is an annual awards event established to recognize the most outstanding achievements in the sports goods industry. It is judged by an independent panel of professionals from the global sports industry, who rigorously and carefully select the winners from hundreds of participating products.
This year, three professional products from the outdoor brand KAILAS—"Feihú" (Flying Fox) climbing backpack, "Niú C" (Bull C) 7-inch climbing shorts, and professional climbing snow gaiters—won unanimous praise from expert judges for their innovative designs, earning three ISPO Asian Product Awards (ISPO AWARD ASIAN PRODUCTS). Among them, the "Niú C" 7-inch climbing shorts and the professional climbing snow gaiters both won Gold Winner awards.

The gaiters feature an ergonomic, three-dimensional cut; the calf area uses four-way stretch fabric for flexible movement without restriction; the main body is made of Filtertec-3L elastic waterproof and breathable material, impervious to rain and snow, while high-wear areas use 1000D CORDURA fabric; hook-and-loop fasteners allow for quick and easy donning and doffing; snap-button reverse-lock design prevents snow and ice from entering; webbing adjustment system allows easy resizing of the top circumference; adjustable strap at the foot secures the gaiters to your shoes/boots tightly and durably; front hooks prevent shifting during use, offering convenience and a secure fit.
