Bus stops can become photo spots too！Kaohsiung City Government revamped an old bus shelter near Chang Gung Hospital in the Niaosong area to create an ultra-healing artistic transit hub. The super adorable little mushroom girl sits at the Niaosong Transit Shelter, keeping everyone company while they wait.

The shelter not only features the adorable mushroom girl but also offers real-time bus updates, free WiFi, mobile charging, and health education information. It officially opened on September 25. Currently, 16 bus routes operate here, connecting Niaosong with the city center and surrounding areas like Fengshan, Renwu, Qishan, Dashu, Gangshan, Qieding, Linhai, and Pingtung, with over 32,000 monthly riders.

The original shelter was old and provided an uncomfortable waiting environment. To offer a more convenient and pleasant space for patients and visitors, a large new shelter measuring 27 meters long and about 4 meters wide was built. Considering many users are medical patients, local Kaohsiung illustrators were involved in the artistic design. The cute chibi-style "Little Mushroom" and yellow chick create a warm vibe, improving passengers' moods—enhancing urban beauty and becoming a new comforting landmark.
