China Outdoor Gear Awards "Beijing Showdown" Each Outdoor Faction Unveils Its "Signature Moves"
In early spring 2014, the results of the fifth China Outdoor Gear Awards, known as the "China Outdoor Barometer," were announced. This outdoor industry "duel at Huashan Mountain" featured 41 renowned domestic and international outdoor brands, showcasing 101 of the latest outdoor gear items available for sale in China. The "masters" selected by various "factions" battled fiercely, ultimately winning 19 gear awards and 3 Best GORE-TEX awards.
In 2010, Gore partnered with Outside magazine to successfully host the first "Best of GORE-TEX" event.
