―― The 5th Beijing Mountain Skills Invitational Tournament Concludes Successfully in 2014
During the 5th Beijing Spring Mountain Skills Invitational Tournament held on May 24 and 25, 2014, multiple civilian rescue teams from Hebei, Liaoning, Shandong, and other regions gathered to exchange ideas and compete in rescue skills. After a day and a half of intense competition, the Handan Outdoor Rescue Team from Hebei Province claimed the top honor by winning the overall team championship, the Greenfield Rescue Team secured second place in the team total score, and the Liaoning-Hebei Joint Team took third place.

This year marks the fifth edition of the Beijing Mountain Skills Invitational Tournament. Previously, the event was held once a year in September. To facilitate closer exchanges of mountain rescue techniques, enable participants to learn from one another, and promote newer, safer, and more practical mountain and outdoor rescue skills, the tournament has been expanded this year to include both spring and autumn events. The 6th Beijing Mountain Skills Invitational Tournament and Outdoor Rescue Technology Exchange Conference will be held as scheduled on September 20 and 21.
