The Taibai Mountain Environmental Ambassadors public welfare campaign officially kicked off on May 24, with the first event spanning two days. The ambassadors collected litter along the way as they traveled through scenic spots such as the Copper Wall, Lotus Peak Waterfall, Shangri-La, Ink-Washing Mountain, Lower Banshi Temple, and all the way to the Dawengong Temple.
The Taibai Mountain Environmental Ambassadors public welfare campaign is a key component of the grand Taibai Mountain Cultural Week opening event. This public welfare activity attracted the active participation of over 600 netizens from Fujian, Shanxi, Beijing, Chongqing, Xi'an, Yan'an, Weinan, Baoji, Xianyang, and Yangling. Participants came from all walks of life, including civil servants, outdoor enthusiasts, computer programmers, mechanical repair technicians, interior designers, and university students. There were machine repair masters in their late 40s and post-90s university students. Everyone, driven by the passion of “Loving Taibai Mountain, I am part of the environmental effort,” climbed the mountain to pick up trash and advocate for eco-friendly travel through their actions.
