    Feedback from Lecturers and Participants:

Mr. Zeng Zhihui – Renowned Chinese expert in customer management and loyalty marketing

This year’s ISPO Academy was better than last year in terms of both event scale and participant engagement. The outdoor sports industry is a very dynamic sector, and the enthusiasm of the participants was palpable. Thanks to new media platforms like WeChat, interactions among participants and between participants and lecturers have become more diverse and frequent. Overall, this year’s ISPO Academy was a great success.

Mr. Michael Specht – CEO, RETAIL PERFECTION GMBH

It was my first time as a lecturer for the ISPO Academy, and I was delighted to share my experience and the changes in the retail industry over the years with the participants. I could clearly sense their strong desire to understand the development and evolving trends of the industry. At the same time, I also met many excellent lecturers, and like the participants, I gained a lot.

Mr. Mathias Basedow – European Outdoor Group (EOG)

I was very happy to participate in this year’s ISPO Academy. The event was highly meaningful and full of positive energy. EOG has been closely following the changes and transformation in the outdoor sports market, and this year’s ISPO Academy happened to address this very topic. It was a fantastic platform that allowed me to share with participants the industry changes and challenges we’ve observed in Europe. There were also more opportunities for participants to exchange their own experiences and business philosophies. Truly wonderful!

Mr. Song Chunsheng – General Manager, Jilin Fengding Trading Co., Ltd. (Jilin Peak Outdoor)

This was my second time attending the ISPO Academy, and I could clearly see that this year’s event was more professional than last year. The course arrangements by the lecturers were more systematic and closely aligned with the realities of our retail stores. I will definitely attend again next year.

Mr. Huang Jiaoming – Chairman, Guilin Kangmeihui Trading Co., Ltd.

This year, the ISPO Academy added a water sports experience session, which was very meaningful. It brought the fun of outdoor activities to life through actual event programs, combining the characteristics of the industry with the preferences of professionals. The program design was outstanding, and I will definitely join the ISPO Academy events and courses again next year!

Mr. Yang Biaofan – Regional Sales Manager, Beijing Trek Bicycle Distribution Co., Ltd.

The course arrangement at this year’s ISPO Academy was rich and comprehensive. It provided a detailed macro-level analysis of the current state of the industry, and through the lectures, we gained a full understanding of the development trends in sports retail. Absolutely impressive and valuable content.
