From June 13 to 14, 2014, a two-day themed outdoor team-building training session, jointly organized by Green Field Network and Beijing Debang Dawei Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully held in the renowned Yunmeng Mountain National Forest Park in the suburbs of Beijing. The planning and execution of this training program were entirely managed by Green Field Network, marking the first time Green Field has ever provided team-building services for a corporate client. According to the head of Green Field’s training department, the project was largely non-profit, but that does not mean it won’t become a standalone business line in the future.

Nowadays, the market offers a wide variety of corporate training programs, but most still take place within the confines of traditional training bases using equipment-based exercises. This Green Field outdoor training session was held in Yunmeng Mountain National Forest Park in Huairou District, Beijing, breaking away from conventional venue limitations. Leveraging Green Field’s expertise in outdoor routes and guides’ knowledge of terrain, the program designed a custom training route tailored to the client’s needs. Prior to the event, careful site inspections and thorough checks of training equipment were conducted to ensure safety and effectiveness.

During this corporate training, Green Field provided a professional team of instructors with extensive experience in organizational coordination, wilderness navigation, communication and positioning, field first aid, and risk prevention. The program fully utilized Green Field’s strengths in outdoor service. In the most distinctive outdoor hiking activity, participants hiked a total of 16.2 kilometers along the “Kyoto First Waterfall – Black Dragon Secret Realm – Tianmen Mountain” route. There were also optional activities such as hiking through Tianmen Cave or trying rope rappelling, offering urban employees a chance to immerse themselves in nature, relax, relieve stress, and achieve both mental and physical fulfillment through a range of outdoor training experiences.

Through this first corporate-oriented outdoor training program, Green Field not only built a strong reputation among the participating company but also established a solid relationship and received valuable feedback. Moving forward, Green Field will offer more enterprises and institutions professional outdoor training guidance, utilizing existing resources to create unique outdoor courses. By combining experiential learning with outdoor sports and leveraging its strengths in the field, Green Field aims to elevate the quality and professionalism of outdoor team-building services to new heights.
