The 20th Yiwu Fair Machinery Industry Exhibition will be grandly held from October 21 to 24, 2014, at the Yiwu Meihu Convention and Exhibition Center. After years of continuous development and innovation, this exhibition has risen to become the largest, most influential, and most effective machinery expo in China.
Looking back at 2013, the exhibition covered an area of 180,000 square meters, attracted 200,000 visitors, hosted 3,432 exhibitors, included 73 international trade delegations, welcomed 30,000 overseas merchants, and achieved a transaction volume of 16.615 billion yuan. Among these, the Machinery Industry Exhibition alone saw over 540 exhibitors, generating a turnover of 778.3 million yuan, occupying 40,000 square meters of exhibition space, with 70% of exhibitors using special booth designs. Over the four-day event, it received a total of 38,886 visitors.
In 2014, the machinery exhibition will cover a total area of more than 45,000 square meters, with an estimated 2,000 booths and participation from over 600 companies. Currently, the event’s recruitment efforts have been fully launched, with expectations to attract nearly 40,000 domestic and international visitors for viewing and procurement. The exhibition will gather renowned enterprises in domestic and international rubber and plastic machinery, printing and packaging & label technology, food, pharmaceuticals and packaging machinery, engraving and laser equipment, small commodities and daily-use goods machinery, textile and needlework equipment, printing equipment, machine tool automation, cutting tools, mechanical and electrical products, and general components, all showcasing their products on an unprecedented scale.
