‘USA Michigan Central Station’
Built in 1913 in Detroit, Michigan Central Station was meant to bustle with activity due to its practical value, but design flaws led to its gradual abandonment, and it closed in 1988. ‘Bulgaria Buzludzha Monument’
A relic of Bulgaria’s communist era, this structure was funded by public donations and took seven years to build. Shaped like a flying saucer, it once served as the headquarters of the Bulgarian Communist Party and was in use from 1981 to 1991. ‘USA New York City Hall Subway Station’
The New York City Hall Subway Station in the United States was in operation for just 41 years before being abandoned in 1945 due to operational inadequacies. However, the New York City government hopes to transform this exquisite station into a terminal museum for public and tourist visits. ‘China Chen Zhuang Wonderland’
If Nara closed due to a lack of visitors, China’s Chen Zhuang Wonderland never even got the chance to welcome crowds. Urban dwellers are accustomed to bustling streets and crowded places, yet rarely pay attention to these abandoned structures.
