This initiative introduces New Zealand-inspired in-flight meals on China Southern flights between Auckland and Guangzhou, enriching passengers' dining options. It also provides an excellent opportunity for the celebrated New Zealand chef to showcase the country’s fine food and wine to travelers flying with China Southern.
Auckland Airport officially announced this initiative today at a ceremony, where renowned chef Al Brown was commissioned to redesign the in-flight meal menu for China Southern's Auckland-Guangzhou route.
Adrian Littlewood, CEO of Auckland Airport, said the collaboration offers a great platform for New Zealand to present its premium food and wine offerings to Chinese travelers.
