China's first outdoor-themed 3D adventure drama film "Seventy-Seven Days," based on the true story of explorer Yang Liusong’s 77-day solo trek across the uninhabited Qiangtang Plateau, is currently being filmed intensively in the region. The director and the entire production team are facing numerous challenges shooting in such an extreme environment, while lead actor Zhao Yi is shouldering the heavy responsibility not only of battling unpredictable and treacherous weather and terrain but also of having some “close encounters” with various wild animals native to the Tibetan region. Faced with extreme weather conditions, the Yunhu phone is also undergoing unprecedented tests time and again.
