Hilton CollegeThe Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) School of Hotel and Tourism Management (SHTM) have jointly launched the new Master of Science in Global Hospitality Management excellence program.
Representatives from the three leading hospitality management institutions and industry partners attended today’s meeting to officially unveil the HES-SO (Haute École Spécialisée de Suisse Occidentale) Master of Science in Global Hospitality Management program.
The first cohort of students to benefit from the program will begin their studies in September 2015 and will spend one semester each at campuses in three continents – Lausanne, Hong Kong, and Houston. As a pioneering program, this truly global curriculum will offer students broad exposure to international markets along with firsthand experience of local cultures.
The newly launched program is designed in collaboration with leaders from the hospitality, tourism, and service industries, and provides an unprecedented level of professional immersion, thanks to real-life consulting projects (Capstone projects), professional certifications, and field trips to business hubs in global travel destinations.
The intensive and challenging coursework will offer selected outstanding students an unforgettable experience.
