Zouke, a mobile app dedicated to independent travel in Europe, aims to solve the “last mile” problem faced by travelers (“Zouke users”) after arriving in Europe.
What is the “last mile”? Starting from trip planning, Zouke users first search for flight information on various platforms, determine their travel dates, book their trips—this is the so-called “first mile.” Reading travel guides, studying maps, applying for visas, booking hotels, finding restaurants, researching attractions, purchasing tickets… These are the “second mile,” the “Nth mile,” and so on. Once you’ve set off, the real journey has just begun—food, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, entertainment—the best parts that Zouke users look forward to most all happen during this “last mile.” So, how does the Zouke product help users achieve a perfect “last mile” experience? The author attempts to offer a simple explanation from the following three aspects.
