Fluorescent gear shines brightly during the New Year’s Eve night skiing session

On the eve of the New Year’s holiday, over a thousand skiers arrived at Junshan Ski Resort in the evening, with many making a special trip just to experience this unique fluorescent-themed skiing event. A giant backdrop at the venue featured a photo wall with the theme “Glamorous Snow & Ice, Fashionable Winter Olympics” in support of the Olympic bid. Skiers adorned themselves with glowing headpieces, glasses, brooches, rings, and fluorescent paints, creating a dazzling starry effect across the slopes. In addition, passionate HowToTrip skiers and Junshan Ski coaches delivered a group skiing performance—20 performers in fluorescent suits skied down in formation, sending excitement levels soaring. Organizers from HowToTrip used instant cameras to take photos of every participant, and thousands of smiling faces supporting the Olympic bid formed an impressive photo wall. Skiers of all ages, from 4 to 60 years old, wrote heartfelt wishes for Beijing and Zhangjiakou’s joint bid to host the 2022 Winter Olympics. When asked about their hopes, the young skiers excitedly said::“In eight years, we want to be the main force of the Winter Olympics!”
