Guo Jianjun joins CHG as Hotel Operations President, joining the executive committee team and reporting directly to CEO Alexander Mirza. He will oversee the expansion and operations of the group’s hotels, regional operations, sales and marketing, revenue management, procurement, and other centralized functions. Beyond operations, Guo will also lead architectural design and new project management.
A seasoned hospitality professional, Guo Jianjun brings 23 years of industry experience, including 17 years at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. During his tenure, he held senior roles in operations, sales, and marketing. He successfully managed the opening and operation of multiple Hilton city and resort hotels. Prior to joining CHG, Guo served as General Manager for Pan Pacific Hotels Group in China, overseeing the operation and expansion of the group’s properties.
Guo holds a Master of Business Administration degree from East China University of Science and Technology, specializing in business development and marketing. He has also completed professional development courses at Cornell University.
