In honor of the 4th Culinary Gathering, a selection of champagnes and dishes catered to even the most discerning palates were offered, including: salmon with fennel and black lava salt, roasted foie gras with mashed green apple, citrus Chardonnay with rosemary, grilled tenderloin or Chilean-style pan-seared sea bass.
