Wanda Hotels & Resorts, with its rapid development and outstanding performance in 2014, particularly its remarkable contributions to building China’s hotel brands and expanding overseas, retainedthe title of "Best Hotel Group of the Year," while a total of seven of its hotels received multiple honors.

The "Annual Travel Awards" is organized by Travel & Leisure, a well-known mainstream travel magazine in China. Since 2008, it has been held for seven consecutive years. As one of the most authoritative events in China's tourism industry, the awards selection process lasts a full year and represents an objective and comprehensive evaluation of the global tourism sector. At this year's ceremony, over 150 guests from embassies in China, foreign tourism bureaus, hotels, airlines, travel agencies, and the fashion and luxury goods industries witnessed the awards presentation.
In 2014, Wanda Hotels & Resorts opened 18 self-operated hotels and successfully rebranded two others, bringing the total number of its five-star premium hotels to over 71. Among them, its luxury brand Wanda Reign made its debut in Wuhan and has since led the local hospitality industry, becoming a top-tier establishment in Wuhan. The company also officially announced plans to enter the overseas hotel market in 2018, with openings including Wanda Vista hotels in cities such as London, Madrid, Chicago, Sydney, and the Gold Coast.
In 2015, Wanda Hotels & Resorts will continue to maintain its overall growth momentum, with plans to open 12 self-operated hotels and two managed hotels. These include three hotels in the Xishuangbanna International Tourism Resort and the upcoming Shanghai Wanda Reign Hotel, as well as the Chengdu Wanda Reign Hotel project.
