Entry Requirements:
1. Entries must depict scenery and cultural content related to Arxan.
2. For camera photography entries, photos must have been taken in 2015, must be the original work of the entrant, and cannot involve plagiarism or unauthorized use. Entries disqualified for such violations will be rejected. Works that have already won awards in other photography competitions are not accepted.
3. Both color and black-and-white photos are allowed; each participant may submit up to 6 works.
4. Post-processing of entries is limited to color adjustments only; digitally composited or creatively altered images are not accepted.
5. Each entry must include a title, the photographer's name, and may include a brief explanatory note.
Photo Usage Authorization for Entries:
By uploading their entries and submitting personal information, participants hereby authorize the organizer to exercise the following rights of use:
1. The organizer has the right to display the entries on Fengniao.com.
2. Issues related to portrait rights, copyright, and intellectual property rights in the entries shall be handled by the submitter themselves, and the organizer assumes no responsibility whatsoever.
3. The organizer has the right to use the entries, the names of participants, and other necessary information free of charge in activities related to this competition, including but not limited to: promotional activities for the competition, award announcements, collections of works, and exhibitions of works.
4. Participants agree that the above authorization of use is not subject to restrictions of region, purpose, or time. Participants also agree that the organizer may crop the entries as necessary when displaying them.
5. All entries uploaded by participants must not contain any content that violates the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, goes against public order and good customs, or breaches moral standards. Entries must not include photos or text that are pornographic, violent, or depict disasters, bloodshed, or other unhealthy content. Otherwise, once discovered, the organizer has the right not to upload or to immediately delete such entries, and may, depending on the circumstances, report the matter to the relevant public security authorities for handling.
6. By submitting their entry information and entries, participants shall be deemed to have fully understood the rules of this competition and to have agreed to be bound by these rules.
