Kin Ramen, famous for its chicken white broth, opens its 2nd branch in Taipei 101

Kin Ramen, known for its chicken bone broth in Akita, Japan, landed in Taiwan in December 2015 (last year). Its first store in Taiwan opened at Huatai Premium Outlets in Taoyuan, and now it is set to open its second branch in Taipei 101. Staff for both front and back of house positions are currently being recruited for the Taipei 101 location.
Established in 1994, Kin Ramen originally only operated stores in northern Akita Prefecture. It expanded into Akita City starting in 2008 and opened “Kin Ramen Chicken Rich White Broth” in Karuizawa in July 2014. It currently has a total of 18 directly operated and affiliated stores across Japan, while its first Taiwan store is “Kin Gyoku Ramen” located inside Huatai Premium Outlets.
