The rise of e-commerce and inventory backlog have both put immense pressure on the traditional retail industry. How can brick-and-mortar stores and online sales be effectively combined? How can social media be leveraged to boost sales? How can in-store events enhance customer experience? In May 2015, the ISPO Academy - Retailer Training Program will tackle these hot topics and challenges in the retail industry through a series of four regional workshops. Registration is now open.

Since its launch in China in 2013, the ISPO Academy - Retailer Training Program has been held twice, with themes including "Store, Product, People, Marketing" and "The Store of Tomorrow," exploring new development models for retailers and sharing the latest retail techniques. Each session gathered over 200 participants, whose enthusiasm sparked waves of discussion on retail topics.
The 2015 ISPO Academy - Retailer Training Program will build on the experience of the previous two editions, inviting more renowned domestic and international speakers and professionals. It will discuss practical topics such as online sales and social media marketing, in the context of the development of the sportswear retail markets in China and Europe. The event will also release the 2014 China Outdoor Market Survey Report and the Sports Fashion Trend Report, offering a forward-looking perspective that organically links retail with the development trends of the sportswear industry. More targeted topics are continuously being updated.

This edition of the ISPO Academy - Retailer Training Program will be conducted in four regional workshops, taking place in Shenzhen (May 11-12), Xi'an (May 14-15), Chengdu (May 18-19), and Shenyang (May 21-22) to help reduce travel costs for participants. The program will focus on retailer and department store professionals, addressing real-world challenges in the retail industry.
