Shanghai, April 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The DMC2015 China International Manufacturing Technology, Equipment and Mould Exhibition will be held from May 25 to 28, 2015 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre in Pudong.
DMC2015It will highlight "integration, intelligence, and automation" to showcase the application of smart manufacturing technologies in moulds and related industries under the direction of "Industry 4.0." This edition of the mould exhibition features the themes of "intelligent mould manufacturing" and "integration of machine tools, forming processes, and moulds." It presents advanced manufacturing technologies through three core segments: "precision machining," "intelligent mould manufacturing," and "forming technology and equipment," serving China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry. The mould manufacturing equipment exhibits center on integration, intelligence, and automation to drive industry transformation and upgrading. At the exhibition, the 3D additive manufacturing zone, mould materials zone, and automation equipment zone have formed distinct sectoral clusters, extending the high-end manufacturing upstream and downstream of the mould supply chain, and creating an exciting intersection between high-tech industries and traditional sectors. The Asia Consumer Electronics Show (CES Asia), which will be held concurrently at the same venue as DMC2015, will also foster industry interaction between manufacturing and consumer endpoints.
The new edition of DMC2015 will reach a record single-year scale of 60,000 square metres..The overall layout of five connected halls (W1-W5) has also been finalized: Hall W1 will focus on automotive moulds, Hall W2 will be the comprehensive mould hall, Hall W3 will cover precision equipment, 3D additive manufacturing, cutting tools, forming equipment, and measuring instruments, while Halls W4 and W5 will host international precision equipment and technology. The exhibition has received strong support from over 30 local mould associations, mould industrial clusters, and industry organizations both in China and abroad. It is expected that more than 40 exhibiting groups will appear at DMC2015..
