Ballet on the cliff
This rock climbing bouldering event was divided into men's and women's difficulty competitions and a men's bouldering competition.
The difficulty category tests not only climbing ability but also mental prowess, demanding a perfect blend of strength and strategy. Competitors choose different routes and movements based on their individual strengths—some opt for front steps, others for side steps, knee twists, or dynamic moves. Their actions may be fluid, graceful, bold, or decisive. Every time a climber overcomes a tough section, the crowd erupts in cheers; and even when a climber falls, they are met with encouragement.
The men's bouldering competition features six routes of varying difficulty, where the strongest athletes compete in thrilling displays of skill. Each team’s climbers showcase impressive strength and unyielding determination. Every dynamic move to grab a hold is as exhilarating as an eagle soaring through the sky or a leopard leaping across the plains, leaving spectators holding their breath in awe and erupting in applause. A triumphant shout follows the capture of a hold—bonusa key point—while conquering a route in the final seconds embodies the passion of mountaineers and the fighting spirit of climbers.
Because it’s a team effort, it’s a relay.
The rope technique relay competition consists of three parts: double-rope descent, equipment collection, and single-rope ascent, completed in relay fashion by three team members.
Rope Technique Relay – Equipment Collection
On the field, team members communicate seamlessly, executing movements cleanly and efficiently to save precious time for their team.
