The Beijing International Convention & Incentive Travel Exhibition (CIBTM) is Reed Travel Exhibitions' global MICE series exhibition
In 2014, CIBTM brought together 450 exhibitors from 35 countries and facilitated high-quality one-to-one appointments between exhibitors and invited buyers. Post-event surveys showed that 86% of exhibitors believed CIBTM was very important to their business development, while 90% of invited buyers felt the business appointments at CIBTM matched their needs highly.
The Asia Regional Director of Silversea Cruises, who has participated as an exhibitor at CIBTM for three consecutive years, believes the one-to-one appointments have brought valuable business contacts. He said, “2014 is our third consecutive year exhibiting at CIBTM. What attracts us is the high-quality buyers and professional audience. This year’s booth layout was reasonable and easy to find, and WiFi was provided for exhibitors on-site, which was both convenient and efficient. Overall, the exhibition effect was good and met our expectations.”
