Since 2014, China’s hotel industry has entered an era of strategic collaboration, and Jinjiang International Hotels has also taken a significant step toward global expansion. In January 2015, Jinjiang International Group acquired Louvre Hotels Group. Zhang Xiaoqiang commented: "Through this international acquisition, Jinjiang Hotels Group has further enriched its brand portfolio, integrated domestic and international hotel resources, leveraged regional synergies effectively, and maximized collaborative advantages, thereby enhancing the value of hotel assets and significantly increasing market share."

The theme of this forum reflects the importance of cross-industry integration and collaboration in the internet era for the hotel industry. For Jinjiang International Hotels, internal cross-boundary integration has been achieved first through the consolidation of product resources and membership systems via Jinjiang E-commerce. Zhang Xiaoqiang explained that going forward, the group will continue to promote cross-integration of internal and external resources. By comprehensively evaluating and optimizing brand structure, business control, system integration, and strategic development, the company aims to gradually evolve into a globally distributed, transnational enterprise. The group will make full use of its centralized service management platform to refine the membership points system across Jinjiang and Louvre hotel brands, enabling points sharing and increasing member value. At the same time, efforts will be made to enhance the room reservation system, achieving interconnectivity among reservation platforms of various brands, and building an international membership management system covering nearly 50 countries and regions, along with multi-tiered direct sales channels. In addition, leveraging its own outbound travel resources through affiliated travel agencies, the group will actively collaborate with other major domestic travel agencies to expand its outbound tourism business, creating synergistic effects and strengthening integration with the tourism industry.

As a partner of the summit, Jinjiang International Hotels has participated in the China Hotel Marketing Summit for three consecutive years, engaging with tourism industry elites and business leaders from around the world to exchange cutting-edge insights and innovative practices. At the same time, facing a dynamic and highly competitive market, Jinjiang International Hotels is continuously introducing new thinking in decision-making, marketing, business processes, and user experience, striving to build a stronger brand image for Chinese enterprises.
