On June 16, the launch meeting of the Juhuasuan "Yitian Club" was held in Hangzhou. Members of the Juhuasuan "Yitian Club" are composed of top-tier core merchants from various industries selected from 10 million businesses. The first batch included 53 merchants, among which were Explorer and its joint-venture brand, the American high-end self-drive brand Discovery Expedition. Peng Xin, President of Explorer’s Outdoor Business Group, attended the launch meeting and signed an agreement with Juhuasuan on site.

It is worth mentioning that at the end of May this year, Explorer announced a partnership with Handu Yishe, China's largest internet fashion brand operation group, and registered a joint venture company: Jinan Tanhan E-commerce Co., Ltd. Handu Yishe is also one of the first founding members of the Juhuasuan "Yitian Club." The first brand of the joint venture company has been confirmed and is expected to go live in August. This marks an innovative and visionary handshake between offline and online brands under the backdrop of the “Internet+” era, signifying the official beginning of deep integration between online and offline brands.
Meanwhile, Explorer’s joint-venture brand Discovery Expedition also officially signed with Tmall in May to become an exclusive strategic partner, choosing Tmall as its sole e-commerce cooperation platform. Discovery Expedition began collaborating with Tmall in 2013, and in 2014, its business on Tmall grew by over 400%, a growth rate rarely seen on the Alibaba platform, making its growth potential highly promising.
The integration of online and offline channels will be a major trend. After joining the Juhuasuan "Yitian Club," the Explorer Group will engage in in-depth collaboration with Juhuasuan, fully leveraging their respective strengths. By integrating resources, they aim to bring safer and more comfortable outdoor gear and services to more consumers.
