Leong is well-known for his recent tenure as Executive Director of Berjaya Land, a leading publicly listed real estate conglomerate. During his time at Berjaya, Leong led the company’s hotel division, overseeing the operations and profitability of hotels and resorts in Malaysia, Vietnam, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, and the United Kingdom. Additionally, he was globally responsible for developing the group’s branded hotels and serviced residences (most recently the Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto), as well as deploying lifestyle product and asset management strategies.
