Background: By the shores of Dongqian Lake in 2014, the China Outdoor Brand Alliance (abbreviated as “COA”) unanimously passed the COA “Three-One Declaration” at its third annual meeting: the alliance will support and develop “three platforms and one standard” over the next 3–5 years. The three platforms are: the Asia Outdoor Trade Show, the COA Outdoor Summit Forum, the COA Outdoor Sports League, and the one standard is the COA Outdoor Product Quality Standard.
