Thomas Cook and Comarch have successfully transitioned services to the new model on budget and completed the complex transformation of service management, data centers, as well as network and telephony services two months ahead of the originally agreed schedule. Comarch has now become part of the expanded Thomas Cook team, delivering data center and other operational services.
This collaboration has significantly reduced Thomas Cook’s current IT operating costs and enabled a more flexible response and provision of IT services aligned with business needs.
