On July 31, the right to host the 2022 Winter Olympics was finally awarded to Beijing-Zhangjiakou as hoped. Before the announcement, to express support and enthusiasm for the Winter Olympics, from July 29 to 31, the "Yes Sports Club," formed by celebrities from the sports and entertainment industries, initiated an inter-city relay run from Beijing to Chongli in Zhangjiakou — *Chase Your Dreams Together: The Inter-city Relay Run* also came to a successful close.

Each relay group was limited to 8–10 members, with slightly more accompanying runners at the start and finish lines.
This event covered a continuous distance of nearly 300 kilometers. Runners officially started at 8 PM on July 29 from Beijing Olympic Forest Park, with the finish line set at the "Thaiwoo Ski Resort Town" in Chongli, Zhangjiakou — home to venues under construction for the Winter Olympics. Preliminary estimates indicate that the relay run took over 48 hours in total, during which participants had to endure long uphill sections, hot daytime temperatures, complex nighttime road conditions, and other natural challenges, as well as organizational and logistical hurdles associated with multi-person relays. The difficulty level of successfully completing the run was extremely high. When the event reached Zhangjiakou town, a sudden heavy rainstorm occurred, but the participating celebrities overcame numerous difficulties and completed the challenge exceptionally well.
