The U.S.-based travel accessories company has reached a settlement in the design patent infringement lawsuit filed against Kejiglai over the Evolution Pillow™.

Upon discovery,Cabeauimmediately took legal action and quickly reached a settlement with Kejiglai. According to the terms of the agreement, Kejiglai acknowledged that they had inadvertently infringed uponCabeau’s intellectual property and fully cooperated withCabeauto identify all known sources of the infringing products in China.
