In the first half of the forum, multiple experts analyzed common and unique misconceptions in the sports lives of Chinese people and offered guiding advice. The experts emphasized that using scientific methods to understand one’s own body and exercising moderately, appropriately, and effectively is key. For example, regarding the current trend of “accumulating mileage,” the experts pointed out that this approach is quite one-sided, as both the duration and intensity of exercise are equally important. Topics of great concern to participants—such as “Saving Your Knees,” “From5Kilometers to42Kilometers,” “Do I Need Surgery?”, and “Sudden Death During Exercise”—also received scientific and highly practical answers from the experts.
In the second half of the forum, the experts conducted on-site diagnostics for specific issues raised by participants, demonstrating what constitutes reasonable and effective sports rehabilitation. Their professionalism and rigor opened the eyes of attendees, showcasing the incredible effects of top-tier sports rehabilitation and providing a champion-level experience. Even after three hours, many were reluctant to leave.
Building a practical and efficient platform to help all partners grow faster and better—that was the original intention behind the “Channel5Sports Crossover Forums.” Following the “Smart Sports” and “Sports Rehabilitation” forums, Channel5will continue to host a series of forums on themes such as “Fitness” and “Running.”
