Before the arrival of the official roadshow fleet, a group of mysterious guests had already landed in Yangzhou early. Chefs from Enshi Tujia Autonomous Prefecture arrived after a long journey, bringing fresh Tujia cuisine ingredients. They engaged in a culinary showdown with Yangzhou’s Huaiyang cuisine chefs. When refined Huaiyang dishes meet the rustic, natural flavors of Tujia cuisine, you’re in for a “Tujia-Yangzhou Grand Banquet” feast.
