The first season of the large-scale interactive travel reality show event "Exploring Ancient Towns' Serenity · Savoring Guiyang's Autumn Charm ― 20 Super Trips · Depart for Guiyang," hosted by the Guiyang Municipal Commission for Tourism Development and Industry and organized by Beijing Dadao Jingyi Media, will kick off on October 22 and last for five days. This event is supported by numerous media outlets including Guizhou Radio, Guizhou Daily, Sanxiang Metropolis Daily, Tencent Greater Bay Area Network, Hunan Rednet, Tencent Greater Hunan Network, Hubei News Network, Chutian Metropolis Daily, Zhejiang Daily, and Tencent Greater Zhejiang Network.
Guiyang is a refreshing city with a long history. It enjoys a comfortable climate, with forest coverage exceeding 42%, making it China’s first National Forest City and the Capital of Summer Retreat in China. Winters in Guiyang are not harsh, summers are not scorching, and autumn has a uniquely charming vibe.
According to the event organizers, the activity will offer an interactive and entertaining reality-show-style experience of travel, rediscovering Guiyang’s most distinctive scenery and lifestyle, and conveying a simple, relaxing, and joyful way of traveling through the event. The reason for choosing Guiyang for this Super Trip is twofold: on one hand, Guiyang boasts a pleasant climate, unique mountain tourism resources, profound historical and cultural heritage, distinctive rural tourism offerings, and a variety of signature local cuisines; on the other hand, since the end of 2014, Guiyang has opened two high-speed railways—the Guiyang-Guangzhou High-Speed Railway and the Guizhou section of the Shanghai-Kunming High-Speed Railway. The convenient, three-dimensional transportation network of air, high-speed rail, and expressways has greatly improved accessibility to Guiyang, making travel and vacation here extremely convenient.
The 20 Super Trip is a 5-day, 4-night journey that will take participants to famous spots in Guizhou such as the historic town of Qingyan, Huaxi National Urban Wetland Park, Nanjiang Grand Canyon, Kaiyang Ten-Mile Gallery, Lewan International Golf Course, and downtown Guiyang for interactive travel experiences. The event consists of 20 participants divided into four teams, who will engage in activities such as Ancient Town Puzzle, Super Cycling, thrilling CS battles, exciting canyon rafting, Super Cooking Competition, Fun Golf Games, and Super Foodie – Citywide Food Hunt. Participants will also complete various Super Trip missions assigned by the organizers at any time. Multiple photographers will follow the 20 participants throughout, capturing every exciting moment, which will later be edited into a Super Trip program to be broadcast on relevant platforms.

Participant requirements: must have a certain level of influence, actively participate in interactive games and reality show activities, accept and complete the Super Trip missions assigned by the organizers, use their own social media to assist in promoting and spreading the event, and after the event, write and publish a travelogue on a relevant travel platform within the specified time, providing the organizer with 30 of the best photos taken during the event.

October 26 — Morning travel sharing session (tentative), departure

7. Guiyang Cuisine: Guiyang gathers a variety of flavorful and aromatic dishes from all over Guizhou, with hundreds of traditional snacks alone. Local specialties such as Changwang Noodles, Huaxi Beef Rice Noodles, Sìwáwá (wrapped snacks), and Love Tofu are widely renowned, while dishes like Sour Soup Fish, Qingyan Scholar’s Trotter, and Bean Paste Hot Pot are equally unforgettable, making it an ideal gathering spot for super foodies.
