This Hollywood-inspired integrated resort in Macao
will grandly open on October 27, 2015

As the lead design firm, Goddard Group worked alongside architectural firm Leigh & Orange to create a resort built to stand the test of time.
The $3.2 billion, Hollywood-inspired Studio City complex features thrilling entertainment experiences that transport visitors into a vibrant world of cinema, establishing this new resort destination as the entertainment capital of Asia.

The design of Studio City was inspired by Lawrence Ho’s vision to create a movie-themed resort. Working closely with Mr. Ho, Goddard ensured that Studio City would be entirely unique — unlike any other building in Macao, Hong Kong, or even the world. This multibillion-dollar project, featuring 1,600 guest rooms, is set to quickly become Macao’s newest must-see and must-experience icon. Goddard said, “The design of Studio City is absolutely stunning, and we believe it will not only attract tourists from Macao but also draw visitors from Hong Kong and other cities in China who may not have originally planned to come to Macao.”
