【October 9, 2009】Wei Wenliang, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Polar Office of China’s State Oceanic Administration, and Sheng Faqiang, Chairman of Beijing Outdoor Products Co., Ltd. (Pathfinder), officially signed the “Exclusive Designated Product Agreement for China’s Antarctic and Arctic Expedition Teams” aboard the Xue Long expedition vessel.

　　【October 11, 2009】The 26th Chinese Antarctic Expedition Team assembled in Shanghai. A total of 251 expedition members from across the country, dressed in Pathfinder outdoor apparel, boarded the Xue Long and set off for Antarctica. The customized products provided by Pathfinder for this polar mission included four major series: the Extreme Cool Series, Penguin Series, Kunlun Series, and Blue Whale Series.
