In the sweltering summer, a comfortable and breathable T-shirt almost makes countless people swoon. But how is the quality of a high-quality T-shirt guaranteed? Should we feel reassured? As a traveler, I had the chance to visit the Explorer factory to find out... Inspecting the appearance and physical-chemical properties of fabrics and accessories is a crucial step. Issues like fabric shrinkage, pilling, color fading, color differences, the safety of dyes used, and hand feel are all top concerns for us regular consumers. The quality inspector explained that before production, fabrics and accessories are sent to national authoritative testing institutions for testing. All the above-mentioned items are included in the tests, and each test simulates the environments and wearing habits people encounter in daily life—making it more scientific and intuitive. Every cut piece is 100% inspected and marked to ensure all pieces of a single garment come from the same batch of fabric, effectively preventing color differences. Quality Control During Production The production line is staffed with semi-finished product inspectors to ensure defective semi-finished products do not proceed to the next stage. The workshop has patrol inspectors who check every three hours to prevent any missed inspections by the semi-finished product inspectors. Finished product inspectors conduct 100% checks on every garment, including thread trimming, size measurement, dirt, color differences, craftsmanship, flaws, and more. Only qualified finished products can proceed to subsequent ironing, packaging, and boxing. Quality Assurance Before leaving the factory, quality inspectors test the garments according to the appearance standards for T-shirts. Samples are taken from the bulk production and sent to national testing institutions for further quality verification. Only after passing these checks can the products be shipped out.
