The three-part high-definition historical documentary "Iron-Blooded Rise and Fall: The 700-Year History of the Bozhou Yang Clan Regime" will be broadcast consecutively from December 17 to 19 at 20:06 every evening on CCTV-9. This documentary will take you through a thousand years of time, immersing you in the breathtaking and magnificent epic of the Bozhou "Yang Clan" as they established their legacy in Bozhou for over seven hundred years. This comes after the "Tusi Legend" of Hailongtun was once again brought before the world following its recognition as one of the "Top Ten Global Archaeological Discoveries" on December 14.
The Hailongtun Tusi Site, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the best-preserved ancient military fortress in Asia. Once hailed as China’s "Machu Picchu," and with ongoing archaeological excavations, the long-buried history of the Bozhou Yang Clan and this medieval military fortress has gradually come into public view. Jointly produced by CCTV's Documentary Channel and the Propaganda Department of Huichuan District, and after more than a year of arduous filming and production, the meticulously crafted "Iron-Blooded Rise and Fall" will comprehensively reveal the truth behind the collapse of the Hailongtun Tusi regime.
