1. Take deep breaths before running. Before you start running, inhale deeply through your nose, hold your breath for 5 seconds, then exhale slowly. This breathing technique helps prepare your body for optimal physical performance.
2.Try to synchronize your breathing rhythm with your running pace. Breathe deeply and rhythmically, using abdominal breathing—expand your belly as you inhale and contract it as you exhale. Adjust your breathing rhythm according to the intensity of the exercise.
3.Find the breathing rhythm that works best for you.For example, exhale or inhale every three steps; if you're sprinting, you can inhale for two steps and exhale for one step. But if this rhythm makes you feel breathless, try inhaling or exhaling every step. For jogging, you can adopt a pattern of inhaling for 5 seconds and exhaling for 5 seconds.
