Steel Pipe:Also known as high-frequency welded pipe, it is mainly used in large tents such as military tents and disaster relief tents. The surface is usually treated with plastic spraying or galvanization, and comes in both round and square tubes, with diameters generally ranging from 19 to 50 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.8 to 3 mm.
Elastic Steel:This type is generally used for children's tents or beach play tents.
Fiberglass Rods:They come in a range of diameters including 6.9/7.9/8.5/9.5/11/12.5. The thicker the rod, the greater its rigidity but the weaker its flexibility. Therefore, whether the choice of fiberglass rod support is reasonable depends on the ratio of its ground dimensions to its height. Rods that are too thick or too thin are prone to breaking. For example, a size of 210*210*130 is considered a classic proportion, and rods used are generally 7.9 or 8.5.
Aluminum Alloy Frame:It is relatively high-end. Judging the alloy ratio is also more difficult. Generally, the overall arc curve of its original frame is calculated first and then formed through hot pressing. Its characteristics include being lightweight, easy to carry, and mainly resistant to breaking, but poor-quality ones are prone to bending and deformation.
