In May 2003, American mountaineer Aron Ralston was climbing in a Utah canyon when his right arm became trapped under a boulder. He was stuck for five days and nights. To escape, he endured excruciating pain, spent over an hour breaking both his radius and ulna bones, used his sports shorts as a makeshift tourniquet, and then used a knife to amputate his own right forearm from the elbow. After freeing himself from under the rock, he raced against blood loss, climbing with superhuman determination through a narrow and windswept canyon, rappelled down 60 feet to the canyon floor, and walked five miles before encountering rescuers—finally surviving.
When life is in absolute desperation, giving up or persisting lies in a single thought; life and death are separated by just one decision.. Never give up, persist, endure, and always keep hope in your heart—this is a spirit of unyielding perseverance and determination, a mindset every outdoor enthusiast must possess.

Hope everyone can find some insight in the movie and discover what their heart truly desires :)
