On January 24, 2016, after the cold front had passed and the strong winds gradually died down, the "2nd Nanshan Freeskiing Dual Slalom Open" was successfully held under a crystal-clear blue sky at Nanshan Ski Resort.
The competition embodied the passion of China's grassroots freestyle dual ski athletes. Nearly 50 dual ski enthusiasts from all over the country came together at Nanshan’s Mellow Park to present a visual extravaganza. While many in China once viewed snowboarding as the emerging, youthful, and fashionable form of skiing, the "2nd Nanshan Freeskiing Dual Slalom Open" fully showcased the dazzling brilliance of dual skiing. The gravity-defying moves and fast-paced action left spectators dazzled, with the event brimming with energy and excitement.
