HK CTS Hotels Co., Ltd. signs contract for Hainan Huiyin Grand Metropark Resort

Beijing, June 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- On June 2, 2016, HK CTS Hotels Co., Ltd. and Kyoto Huiyin Investment Co., Ltd. successfully signed a Comprehensive Entrusted Management Contract, marking the signing of the Hainan Huiyin Grand Metropark Resort. The hotel is located in Wenchang City, Hainan Province, which boasts picturesque scenery and a coastline stretching 278.5 kilometers.

Located in the northeast of Hainan Island, Wenchang was jointly selected as a "China's Charming City with Distinctive Features" by multiple international institutions including the Global Strategic Economic Development Committee (GSEDC), World Cities World Enterprises Research Association (WWRA), and World Brand Organization (WBO) back in 2012, alongside Haikou and Sanya. It is also recognized as a National Model City for Technological Progress, a National Advanced City for Technological Progress, and a National Advanced City for Culture.

The Hainan Huiyin Grand Metropark Resort is another strategic move by HK CTS Hotels Co., Ltd. in expanding its Metropark brand across Hainan. This follows the opening of Sanya Metropark International Resort (already operational), Sanya Luling Bay Metropark International Hotel (already operational), Boao State Guesthouse (already operational), Haikou Metropark International Hotel (to open soon), Huakai Blue Bay Metropark International Cliff Hotel (to open soon), and the upcoming Hainan Wenchang Mangrove Bay Metropark International Resort. The Hainan Huiyin Grand Metropark Resort is situated within Boxi·Liya Bay, in the Gao Long Bay Scenic Area of Wenchang City, a space city. It is located at the intersection of Gao Long Avenue and Wen Fu Road. To the east is the Dongjiao Coconut Grove Scenic Area, to the south is the sea area of Gao Long Bay, offering first-class coastal views and natural beaches. To the west is the Space City Logistics Base, and to the north is the Wenchang Municipal Party Committee and Government compound, giving it a highly advantageous location. The overall Boxi·Liya Bay project covers an area of 170 mu, with a construction area of 120,000 square meters. It consists of a five-star hotel, high-end residential villas, and semi-detached villas, forming a comprehensive tourism and real estate development that integrates a high-end seaside hotel, a beach-themed park, and luxury vacation residences.
