 Founder of Sanfo Outdoor; graduated from Peking University in 1996 and attended the IMBA program at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management in 2003. He founded Sanfo Outdoor in 1997, which now operates over 30 top-tier outdoor specialty stores nationwide. In 1998, he established the Sanfo Outdoor Sports Club, which has more than 200,000 official members and has been awarded “Top Ten National Outdoor Sports Clubs” by the Chinese Mountaineering Association for several consecutive years.  An avid long-distance runner, Cai founded Shanpao Sports with the mission of combining sports philosophy with public welfare, aiming to elevate China’s sports spirit to new heights. Shanpao Sports is dedicated to developing top-tier events in three major categories: marathons, urban road races, and mountain trail runs. It has successfully organized events such as the Shanghai Songjiang Half Marathon, Jingmen International Marathon, and Longding Shangri-La Skyrun.

 

↑↑↑Wang Baoshun-Neyo, General Manager & Chairman of Beijing Neyo Public Relations & Planning Co., Ltd.

2004–2010: Market Director and Operations Director of Shanye Magazine, during which he participated in the commercial sponsorship for the 2008 Olympic Torch Relay to Mount Everest. He also planned and published two large-scale documentary photo albums: the Tibet Mountaineering Team’s 14 Peaks Over 8,000m Climbing Documentary Album and the 2008 Beijing Olympic Torch Relay to Mount Everest Documentary Album. 2008–present: General Manager & Chairman of Beijing Neyo Public Relations & Planning Co., Ltd. In 2008, commissioned by the Chinese Mountaineering Association, he pioneered the National Camping Congress, and subsequently planned and organized over 40 nationwide events including National Camping Congresses, National Outdoor Sports Festivals, and National Outdoor Sports Carnivals. In 2012, commissioned by the Chinese Mountaineering Association, he planned and organized the commercial Qinghai Lake National Hiking Congress, which achieved great success. It has since been successfully replicated nationwide, with 20 hiking congresses now organized annually across the country.

Co-founder of the Discovery Road · Getu Exploration Race. An off-road running enthusiast and Chairman of Qianbaidu Communication Group. Previously worked at China’s largest educational software company, Kelihua Group. Started his own business in 2003 and, after over a decade of hard work, founded the well-known Qianbaidu Communication Group. In 2009, established Meiye Sports, ventured into outdoor sports, and elevated the extreme sport Parkour to a national-level competition, organizing three national Parkour competitions and multiple international open tournaments, thus promoting the development of Parkour in China. Currently a research specialist at the China Institute of Sport Science. A judge for the National Philosophy and Social Sciences Fund projects, a member of the All-China Sports Federation, Deputy Director of the Sports Industry Branch of the Chinese Society of Sport Science, Executive Director of the Beijing Olympic Economy Research Association, a member of the China Sports Development Strategy Research Association, a member of the CBA League Committee, a brand consultant for CCTV’s Advertising Department, and an independent director of Xtep International. With many years of teaching and research in sports economics, he has undertaken multiple projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation and the National Philosophy and Social Sciences Fund. Major works include Wealth in Sports, China Sports Industry Development Report, Sports Industry: A New Economic Growth Point, Commentary on China’s Professional Sports, Interpretation of Hot Topics in the Sports World, and Sports Market: A New Investment Hotspot.

 Co-founder and Vice General Manager of Xiangyou Outdoor Resorts. Graduated in Business Administration from Renmin University of China, and has previously worked at CTS China Travel Service under the China Travel Service Group and at Caesar Travel Co., Ltd. under HNA Group. A seasoned tourism expert with ten years of experience in tourism product R&D, and has traveled to over 60 countries across five continents.

With over a decade in the travel industry, he is a serial entrepreneur with a professional background in tourism. MBA from York University in Toronto, Canada. Previously employed at General Electric and Motorola. With 18 years of experience in strategy, marketing/sales, market development, and customer service in the communications and consumer goods industries. Since joining Gore in 2006, she has successively established the Gore Outdoor Heroes team, launched the Gore-Tex Outdoor Dream Realization campaign, initiated the Gore Outdoor Lecture Series, and founded the Gore Outdoor Pioneer Camp, among many other projects that have driven the development of China’s outdoor industry.
