How to get to the Asia Outdoor Show?
Venue: Nanjing International Expo Center (No. 300 Jiangdong Middle Road)
→ Walking to the venue: Take Metro Line 2 or 10 to Yuantong Station, Exit 1 or 4 (our editor tested it and found that Exit 1Exit 1is actually closer to the venue). Enter between Gates 2 and 3 of the Expo Center, then go through Lobby 3B to access the venue. It’s literally a seamless entry！
→ Driving yourself: If you’re going as a family — spouse and kids in tow — and driving to the show, head to Yanshan Road and enter via Entrance 12 as shown in the map, then park in the underground lot.
How to get your badge and enter?
Visitor registration is handled at Lobby 3B of the venue.
→ Already have a visitor badge: Simply swipe your card at Lobby 3B entrance to enter.
→ Have a pre-registered visitor ID: Visitors who have pre-registered successfully on the official website or WeChat platform can exchange their 8-digit barcode ID + personal business card for a free visitor badge at the registration desk.
→ Have a professional visitor invitation letter: Present the invitation letter + your business card to get a free visitor badge at the registration desk.
→ The show is only open to professional visitors. Those who haven’t registered, take note！！！ Follow “Asia Outdoor Show Service Account,” reply with “register” to complete pre-registration and get your visitor ID！
PS: The professional visitor badge is valid for all four days of the show.
How to get the visitor guide?
→ Printed visitor guides are available in each hall at the show. You can find booth maps, event schedules, and lists of exhibitors/brands there.
→ You can also follow the WeChat official account “Asia Outdoor Show Service Account” to view the booth map and event schedule online.
Where can I store my luggage?
Free luggage storage — doesn’t that just sound thoughtful? Feeling touched yet?
Storage location: Entrance of Hall 4, manual luggage check-in.
Where is the information desk?
→ Information desks are located at the entrances of each exhibition hall (Halls 4, 5, and 6): they provide all exhibition-related inquiries; and offer free drinking water services;
→ In addition, the Visitor Registration Area 3B also serves as an information desk.
How to use the free WIFI?
→ Mobile phones: To facilitate everyone in sharing real-time updates during the Asia Outdoor Exhibition, the venue provides A-WIFI service for mobile phones only.
→ Computers: If you want to access the internet via a computer, the organizers have also made arrangements. You can go to the information desks in Halls 4, 5, and 6, where additional WIFI and laptops are available for free temporary use.
Where can I go for food, fun, and entertainment?

→ Inside the exhibition halls:
Halls 4 and 6 both have Mavis Catering, while Hall 5 has Tengmei Dutch-style Western Restaurant;
The Expo Center Restaurant in Hall 3 will be open during the exhibition period, and McDonald's and Pao De Kuai will also set up shops there.
→ Outside the exhibition halls:
At the corridor area, there are Sweet Taste, Starbucks, and a convenience store for the convenience of exhibitors and visitors;
Between Halls 5 and 6, the dining area will host Pao De Kuai, McDonald's, and Zheng Yi Hui.
Entertainment:
→ Hall 4:
Outside the square of Hall 4, there is a water sports experience area, and special water sports experience classes are offered for young friends, allowing them to fully enjoy the fun of water sports.
At Booth 4.2510 Happy Tea House in Hall 4, tea snacks are prepared, where you can chat with others over a bite.
→ Hall 5:
Booth 5.9700 in Hall 5 will host the first China Slackline Open, where you can get up close to the amazing and fun slackline performances.

Near the climbing wall in Hall 6, there are plenty of activities. The 2016 KAILAS Cup COA Climbing Challenge is making a comeback and will soon be heating up. The China Hope Stars Climbing Competition, specially designed for teenagers, is full of youthful energy. Here's your chance to get up close with climbing.

→ A doctor will be stationed at the corridor near the entrance of Hall 6 to provide services;
→ Each hall’s information desk has an emergency medical kit.
