After concluding the Cai Quan activities, the China Agricultural University research team promptly moved on to the next destination of their expedition: Dinggye County in Shigatse, to carry out the second phase of their interview and research activities. It is reported that,On the morning of August 3, team members conducted interviews at the Dinggye County Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Bureau, gaining preliminary insights into the county’s grassland conservation efforts and highland barley cultivation. In the afternoon, they carried out household interviews in Rongkong Village, Jiangga Town, Dinggye County. On August 4, they investigated the sale of highland barley wine by local merchants in Dinggye County and continued their research on targeted poverty alleviation in Rongkong Village. From August 5 to 6, the team conducted on-site research on border trade at the Riwo Port in Riwu Town, Dinggye County, and also deeply felt the warmth and hospitality of the Tibetan people.
