The Yantai Penglai Wine Marathon will be held on September 24, and registration is now open.As the hot summer draws to a close, marathon events are gradually increasing. The Yantai area will also welcome several marathons, from those in Haiyang and Changdao to the Yantai International Marathon. Among them, the Penglai Wine Marathon has attracted significant attention from running enthusiasts. On September 1, 2016, Yantai Yonghui Sports held a press conference for the country’s first wine-themed marathon — the Yantai Penglai Wine Half Marathon. This event is the third in the “Just Run for Fun” series, aiming to allow runners to enjoy not only the travel and marathon experience but also the fine wines and cuisine of Penglai.
